Payments and Fees:
    We accept payments in the form of cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.


    Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer payment plans or billing. All payments are due at the time of service. An emergency exam fee will be charged, and if any additional services are required, one of our trained staff members will review a written estimate for your pet's individual health plan.

    If your pet requires hospitalization, we ask for a deposit equal to the lower end of the provided estimate. This deposit is due at the time you leave your pet in our care. The balance, if any, is due at the time your pet is discharged or transferred.

If you choose to write a check, the name and address on the Drivers License or State Issued ID must match the name and address on the check or you must provide a change of name and/or address card. Checks are processed electronically through TeleCheck.

  We understand that emergency veterinary care expenses can feel overwhelming. Therefore, we offer CareCredit to qualified individuals. CareCredit has an easy and fast application process that can be completed over the phone at (800)365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com.

Triage:
    Because we are an emergency care facility we do not have appointment times available. Every animal's health and well-being is very important to us, however, please understand that we are an emergency hospital. We triage the patients in the order that they arrive, but the most critical and seriously injured patients must be seen immediately. We appreciate your patience during such times.

We are not a 24 hour hospital. When we are closed there is no one here to supervise or care for your pet. Therefore, on weekdays, you are required to pick-up your pet by 8am.
