Located on Route 140 West in the Westminster Gateway Shopping Center, next to the Maryland State Police Barracks and the MVA (Motor Vehicle Administration).
From Eldersburg: Take MD 32 toward Liberty Rd/MD 26, then turn right onto Gamber Rd/MD 91, then turn left onto Baltimore Blvd/MD-140 West for approximately 5.7 miles. CCAE will be on the right in the back.
From Reisterstown/Owings Mills area: Head Southeast on Reisterstown Rd, take ramp to I-795, take a left on Owings Mills Blvd, then merge onto I-795 North Reisterstown. Continue onto MD-140 West towards Westminster for approximately 8.8 miles. CCAE will be on the right in the back.
From Hanover, PA: South PA 94 becomes Hanover Pike/MD 30, then turn right onto Bachmans Valley Road/MD 496, then turn left onto Littlestown Pike/MD-97, then merge right onto MD 140 East. Continue to follow MD 140 East for approximately 3.7 miles then make a U-turn. CCAE will be immediately on the right in the back.
From Gettysburg, PA: Take PA 97 South/Baltimore Pike entering into Maryland. PA 97 South becomes MD 97 South Littlestown Pike, merge right onto MD 140 East. Continue to follow MD 140 East for approximately 3.7 miles then make a U-turn. CCAE will be immediately on the right in the back.
